Nicole ‘Niki’ is a well accomplished and admired Real Estate professional with over 2 decades of industry experience in the Central Florida market. As a former Disney University and Disney Traditions Facilitator, she took her passion for creating magical moments and seamless guest experiences into the Real Estate market in the mid 2000’s. Quickly learning that there is a direct connection between Hospitality and the consumer experience, she channeled her passion to help people and soared to great success as an agent, all while being mentored by some of the greatest colleagues in Real Estate still to this day. Standing shoulder to shoulder and sharing ‘stages’ with Top Agents, Producers, and Brokers, she realized her niche is to train and attract professionals. Her love for the industry, along with her extensive experience and knowledge, led her to coaching, training, team development and mentoring in the industry- all while ‘keeping it real’ and true to her Midwest roots.
As an agent, she consistently ranked in the top 2% of producers for 9 years, was named to a former brokerage Agent Advisory Council, was the Top Producer on the #1 team (Nationally) for 3 consecutive years and earned National recognition for Conversion and Units sold by Zillow & Realty.com. She has assisted with 4 RE Coaching Groups and took her passion for Women, Raising Kids in RE, being a Top Producer, Daily Habits, Lead Conversion, Overcoming Obstacles and Mental Health/Suicide Awareness to some pretty big stages!
After visiting another brokerage and excelling as a Team Leader for several Market Centers, she came to LPT and was the DOO for one of Florida’s most notable teams. Removing her ‘Top Producer’ hat was a decision that came easy, as she knew her calling was to coach, advise, lead and train.
