HI, I am Kellie Trepkowski. I am from the Midwest, and have lived in 9 states. I understand moving better than anyone. I have chosen to stay in Virginia because it is a beautiful state with very friendly people, once you get to know them. Most people come to the DMV for a job and stay for the proximity to beaches, mountains and DC. My job is to help you fall in love with the DMV area. My goal is to help you find the home that will be the investment financially and personally for you and your loved ones.
My approach is built on upfront communication to understand needs, wants and goals. I always strive to provide a unique and tailored experience to each client. I go above and beyond not just to help with buying or selling but I help with all of the pieces that go along with moving. I can provide referrals to all things needed with moving, improving home and maintaining home.
On closing day I will provide lavish gifts and celebrate. However, closing day is just the beginning of a longer relationship where I will support each client. From hosting client appreciation events to sharing local information, I am always just one phone call away to help. I donate part of my commission to a local charity that each client gets to pick. I invest in each community I work with.
