Dr. Anissa King-Paul, affectionately known as “Your Realtor Queen,” is a dynamic Real Estate Professional, entrepreneur, publicist, and community advocate dedicated to helping clients confidently navigate every stage of their real estate journey — from condos to castles.
With over 15 years of experience spanning corporate leadership, marketing, public relations, event management, nonprofit leadership, healthcare administration, and entrepreneurship, Dr. King-Paul brings a strategic, client-centered approach to the real estate industry. Her diverse professional background gives her a unique edge in negotiations, branding, communication, and relationship-building — all essential components in helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve success in today’s competitive market.
Dr. King-Paul is the Founder & President of the Ms. Corporate America Organization (MCA), a nationally recognized business-focused competition and leadership platform celebrating accomplished female founders and corporate professionals. Under her leadership, MCA has empowered women across the country through visibility, leadership development, and professional advancement, proving that brilliance and business acumen truly belong center stage.
She is also the President & CEO of PR REdefined Inc., a minority women-owned publicity and consulting firm specializing in brand development, media visibility, and strategic communications. In addition to real estate, Dr. King-Paul serves others in numerous capacities as a Licensed Travel Agent, Doula, Holistic Health Coach, Notary, and Credit Repair Specialist — allowing her to support clients holistically through some of life’s most important transitions and investments.
Known for her warmth, professionalism, and passion for service, Dr. King-Paul believes real estate is more than buying and selling properties — it is about helping families build wealth, create stability, and step into new chapters with confidence. A proud advocate for community impact, Dr. King-Paul founded The Pay It Forward Project, Inc. during the COVID-19 pandemic to support homeless and underserved individuals through advocacy, outreach, and fundraising initiatives, including the HOPE in Motion Walk. She also serves and volunteers with several organizations throughout Central Florida and beyond.
Dr. King-Paul earned a B.A. in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from the University of South Florida, an M.A. in Management & Leadership from Webster University, and a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship & Business Administration.
